BlissHouse Center Regulations and Rental Conditions for Individual Guests

I. Preliminary Provisions

1. The Villa Regulations (hereinafter: the "Regulations") govern the detailed principles of providing services, liability, and staying on the premises of Villa BlissHouse (hereinafter: the "Villa"), run by FAVEG Spółka z o.o.

2. Making a reservation and paying the fee for the stay is equivalent to the Guest familiarizing themselves with and accepting these Regulations.

3. The Guest under whose name the reservation was made must provide personal data (name, PESEL/ID card number/passport number) during check-in and assumes full responsibility for compliance with these Regulations by the other participants belonging to their group.

II. Reservation and Rental Conditions

1. Inquiries about reservations and correspondence can be directed via email to blisshouse.cracow@gmail.com or through reservation platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking).

2. Privacy and Owners: The part of the Villa rented by the Guest is an exclusive space. However, we inform that permanent residents of the house and staff also live on the entire premises of the Villa, respecting the privacy of the Guests.

3. The Villa undertakes to provide Guests with conditions conducive to rest, enabling them to enjoy their stay in a calm and unconstrained manner.

III. Hotel Day

1. The hotel day in the Villa lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 12:00 PM on the following day.

2. The Guest should request an extension of the stay no later than on the day of arrival. The Villa reserves the right to refuse.

IV. Rules of Stay, Quiet Hours, and Alcohol-Free Space

1. Quiet hours are observed in the Villa from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM on the following day. We ask for absolute respect for the peace in the guest house.

2. Alcohol-free space and peace: Villa BlissHouse is a substance-free space due to its nature (personal development, body, emotional, and mind work). There is a total ban on bringing alcohol into the workshop room and a ban on organizing noisy events on the Villa premises.

V. Guest Responsibility and Additional Fees

1. Liability for damage: The Guest bears full material responsibility for all types of damage or destruction of the Villa's equipment and technical devices caused by their fault. The Villa employee must be immediately notified of any fault or damage to the equipment or technical devices.

2. Key fee: In case of losing the key to the provided room, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 100 PLN gross.

3. Order requirements and cleaning fee: The Guest is obliged to leave the rented space in a state of order, including in particular:

   • Washed dishes.

   • Garbage bags with segregated waste left by the door.

   • Everyday items and all Villa equipment in their designated places.
     
     Otherwise, the Guest will be charged for the additional cleaning cost of 400 PLN gross. There is also an option to purchase the final cleaning service for a fee of 400 PLN gross.

4. The Guest leaving the room/apartment provided to them should always close all windows and doors, turn off taps, turn off lights, and disconnect all brought electronic devices from the power source.

VI. Additional Provisions

1. Left items: Personal items left in the Villa by a departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address indicated by them. Otherwise, found items are stored for 30 days, after which time the Villa reserves the right to dispose of them.

2. All complaints regarding the stay should be submitted in writing to the email address: blisshouse.cracow@gmail.com.

3. The Villa is not responsible for the loss or damage of items brought in by Guests, including theft and damage to personal belongings.

4. The Villa may refuse further provision of services, without refund of the cost of stay, to a person who violates the rules set out in these Regulations.

Regulamin Ośrodka BlissHouse i Warunki Wynajmu dla Gości Indywidualnych

I. Postanowienia Wstępne

1. Regulamin Willi (dalej: „Regulamin”) reguluje zasady świadczenia usług, odpowiedzialności oraz przebywania na terenie Willi BlissHouse (dalej: „Willa”), prowadzonej przez FAVEG Spółka z o.o.

2. Dokonanie rezerwacji oraz uiszczenie opłaty za pobyt jest równoznaczne z zapoznaniem się i akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu przez Gościa.

3. Gość, na którego nazwisko dokonano rezerwacji, podczas zameldowania musi podać dane osobiste (nazwisko, PESEL/nr dowodu/nr paszportu) oraz bierze pełną odpowiedzialność za przestrzeganie niniejszego Regulaminu przez pozostałych uczestników należących do jego grupy.

II. Rezerwacja i Warunki Najmu

1. Zapytania o rezerwację oraz korespondencję można kierować drogą email na adres blisshouse.cracow@gmail.com lub za pośrednictwem platform rezerwacyjnych (np. Airbnb, Booking).

2. Prywatność i Właściciele: Część Willi wynajęta przez Gościa jest przestrzenią na wyłączność. Informujemy jednak, że na terenie całej posesji Willi mieszkają również stali domownicy oraz obsługa, z poszanowaniem prywatności Gości.

3. Willa zobowiązuje się zapewnić Gościom warunki sprzyjające wypoczynkowi, umożliwiające korzystanie z pobytu w sposób spokojny i nieskrępowany.

III. Doba Hotelowa

1. Doba hotelowa w Willi trwa od godziny 15:00 w dniu przyjazdu do godziny 12:00 dnia następnego.

2. Prośbę o przedłużenie pobytu Gość powinien zgłosić najpóźniej w dniu rozpoczęcia pobytu. Willa zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy.

IV. Zasady Przebywania, Cisza Nocna i Przestrzeń Bezalkoholowa

1. Cisza nocna obowiązuje w Willi od godziny 22:30 do godziny 06:00 dnia następnego. Prosimy o bezwzględne respektowanie spokoju w domu gościnnym.

2. Przestrzeń bezalkoholowa i spokój: Willa BlissHouse jest przestrzenią bezużywkową, z uwagi na swój charakter (rozwój osobisty, praca z ciałem, emocjami). Obowiązuje całkowity zakaz wnoszenia alkoholu na salę warsztatową oraz zakaz organizacji głośnych imprez na terenie Willi.

V. Odpowiedzialność Gościa i Opłaty Dodatkowe

1. Odpowiedzialność za szkody: Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych Willi, powstałe z jego winy. O wystąpieniu usterki lub uszkodzenia należy niezwłocznie powiadomić pracownika Willi.

2. Opłata za klucz: W przypadku zgubienia klucza do udostępnionego pokoju, Gość obowiązany jest do uiszczenia opłaty w wysokości 100 zł brutto.

3. Wymogi porządkowe i opłata za sprzątanie: Gość zobowiązany jest do pozostawienia wynajmowanej przestrzeni w stanie porządku, w tym w szczególności:

   • Wymyte naczynia.

   • Worki z segregacją śmieci pozostawione przy drzwiach.

   • Przedmioty użytku codziennego i całe wyposażenie Willi na swoim miejscu.
     
     W przeciwnym razie, Gość zostanie obciążony kosztem dodatkowego sprzątania w wysokości 400 zł brutto. Istnieje również możliwość wykupienia opcji sprzątania końcowego za opłatą 400 zł brutto.

4. Gość opuszczający udostępniony mu pokój/apartament każdorazowo powinien zamknąć wszystkie okna i drzwi, zakręcić krany, wygasić światła oraz odłączyć wszystkie wniesione urządzenia elektroniczne od źródła zasilania.

VI. Postanowienia Dodatkowe

1. Rzeczy pozostawione: Przedmioty osobistego użytku, pozostawione w Willi przez wyjeżdżającego Gościa, będą odesłane na koszt Gościa na wskazany przez niego adres. W przeciwnym razie, znalezione rzeczy przechowywane są przez 30 dni, po tym czasie Willa zastrzega sobie prawo do ich utylizacji.

2. Wszelkie reklamacje dotyczące pobytu powinny być składane pisemnie na adres e-mail: blisshouse.cracow@gmail.com.

3. Willa nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utratę lub uszkodzenie rzeczy wniesionych przez Gości, w tym kradzież i uszkodzenia rzeczy osobistych.

4. Willa może odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług, bez zwrotu kosztów pobytu, osobie, która narusza zasady określone w niniejszym Regulaminie.
